Default Sad News To Report

Sad news again as we have lost another great TV & Film legend...

Penny Singleton who rose to fame as the cartoon character Blondie has died.

Penny passed away on Nov. 12th after a massive stroke. She was 93.

She was also the cartoon voice of Jane Jetson on The Jetsons.

As some of you may recall, Penny filmed most of her outdoor scenes at the Warner Ranch neighborhood when it was called The Columbia Ranch in the 1930's & 40's aka Morning Glory Circle neighborhood.
The I Dream Of Jeannie house was the Blondie house.

First Hal England ("Bewitched Guest Star"), then Art Carney & now Penny Singleton.
It's true what they say about these tragic things coming in three's...

RIP PENNY "Blondie" SINGLETON
