Talking Why was JJ never married?

Wasn't JJ suppose to be the Ebony Prince with all of the ladies chasing him? It just came to me, but I would've loved to see JJ married on the show instead of Thelma. Then again, it probably wouldn't have worked. Much like Happy Days. Fonzie settling down? Adopting a son in the final episode. Who he would've married is another thing. Keith was sorta shoved down our throats. How many episodes before he proposed to her, two.

His character was too goofy to be married.

You said,Keith was sorta shoved down our throats.I always felt Keiths roll as kind of out of place on the show.Especially the way they added him in.

Season 2-when Clarissa parents didn't want her to take J.J to the dance because he lived in the projects.

No, I do not have that one; do you know if that episode is on any of the Columbia House Videos?
