Default Wanted: Battle of the Network Stars

All you good traders out there,

Hi, I am new to the board. But I am not new to the hobby of recording and trading VHS tapes. I have collected mostly sporting events for about 13 years now. But I really started going crazy when I went online in '99. I am now getting into news footage and TV shows.
I know of many sports trading boards. And I didn't even know that ones like this existed. It is great to see you guys and gals have as much passion about tv shows as I and my fellow sports traders have for sports.
My collection would not be what it is today with out my honesty. I have traded many times. I treat others the way I like to be treated. I have never cheated anyone in a trade.
I need a little help. I have a football game from '78 or '79. It is an ABC broadcast. It has all the commercials. It has the promo commercials for the Battle of the Network Stars. Now I mainly collect footage of sporting events and other stuff because it brings back in time when I view it. I get great flashbacks. When I saw the ABC promos for the Battle of the Network Stars. Man, did that hit me. I remember watching that with my mom and older sister. We loved those shows. I want to watch them again with my mom and sisiter.
Can anyone tell me how many there are? I think they did it for 5 years. And do they exist in original broadcst form with the commercials? I would take rebroadcasts if that is the only version that exists. And I would like to get all of them. Can one of you guys please help me out? I have a lot of sports and some nonsports stuff to put up for trade.
I am also looking for other shows. So I will be trying to fit in as they say. By going by your trading rules that you guys have at this board. I am sure they are similiar to the ones I currently use now.
You can email me at

I would like to thankyou for your time.
Pete
