Is it true that the Odd Couple is returning to WPIX in NY? I'm not doubting Getalifeboy, I'm just hoping there wasn't a mistake on his guide. Is it True? Please Oh Please say Yes!!!

Yes, it's true. The Program Exchange has licensed it to WPIX. I should have posted this last month when I found out, but I didn't know the timeslot. All I knew was that it was returning to NYC on WPIX starting Sept. 29.

Trust me..I actually called WPIX to make sure it was true......
It has been wishful thinking on my part all along though..Hoping against hope it would come back...And on WPIX of all places..This is truly a great day for New York!! |

Every sitcom seems to be about Gays, Women, and Minorities anymore. Nothing for the Anglo Male!!.. And 11 always seems to repeat all these one year failures in syndication... Thank goodness they did the right back....And the Honeymooners is back also.....HAIL WPIX!!! Now lets get those Abbott and Costello movies back on Sunday Morning....Pat Harper, Steve Bosh onthe news...And Yankees Baseball with Bill White Phil Rizzuto and Frank Messer(I know Franks is dead but lets prop him up) and 11 can go back to being what it was..THE GREATEST STATION EVER!!!

PAT HARPER DIED....
Pat Harper from WPIX News and who later joined WNBC News in New York died several years ago in Spain.
Just thought I would pass that on to you... |
