I need help!
Does anyone own a Visioneer OneTouch 5820 Scanner? I need help. I cannot get mine to scan my pictures.I have the cord inserted into the back of my comp correctly, and the light on the scanner is on, and its plugged up, but when I go to scan my picture it does NOTHING! What have I did wrong? Help Please!

I had the exact problem, with the exact Visioneer scanner as well. I gave up on it, and just threw it away- the repair said it's cheaper to get a new one, than to fix it.

I've got one thing to say - ditch your scanner and get a Hewlett Packard instead. At least it ACTUALLY scans.

did you update to windows xp recently? a lot of scanneres aren't compatable with it mine isn't. If not try to download some new drivers for it
