Wink Still in a state of shock...

Well I was watching the Simpsons last night during it's 7:30 airing and noticed that Futurama finally got some ads promoting it's new episode on Sunday. They gave the announcer two whole lines. Usually they just say "Sunday night starts off with an all new King of the Hill..." and goes on until the end where they slap on the "All starting off with Futurama." This time they actually said that a new episode of Futurama was going to air where everyone gets money back from taxes with a few clips from the episode. I found it odd that they decided to promote this episode, which seems sort of dull from the description. Plus, it's too late to tell people about it. It's not going to be renewed or anything. I hate FOX sometimes.... Make that all the time.

Wow...I'm rather shocked.

But just like Fox...too little, too late.

Wow, FOX has been promoting the hell out of this episode all week long. I was changing the channels yesterday and stopped on FOX. When the ending credits were rolling, there it was. Futurama. I wonder why all of a sudden they're trying to promote it.

That's it. Hell has frozen over. And they found Jimmy Hoffa.

Maybe the reason FOX is promoting Futurama is because they just realized it's the best show they have.

With their track record, it wouldn't surprise me a bit. I mean, The Simpsons is getting real hit and miss now. There was one a couple weeks ago that bored me so much I actually didn't finish watching it.

I, too, feel that the simpsons is getting really old. I think the writers are just running out of ideas.

They did that with Titus, Greg the Bunny, and ARCTU too. They had a commercial for Titus during every commercial break, same with ARCTU.
