Last night, Fox revealed that NYPD Blue's speculated release date of August 19th was dead-on-target, and gave us the roll call of supplements as well. You can see that in the release listing, which is incarcerated here.

Fox has also released more information about 3 other shows: Futurama Volume 2 (8/12), Angel Season 2 (9/2), and Family Guy Volume 2 (9/9).
