Default How should E! air SNL next year?

Next year E! will have the rights to every season of Saturday Night Live. Next year that will be 28 season from 1975-03, and another season every year. I think E! has to give SNL 3 to 5 time slots a day. And they should devide the SNL eras and give each era there own time slot. 1975-80, 1980-85, etc. We all prefer different eras of SNL. Let's give a time slot just for a certain era.

The classic first five seasons deffently should be seperate from the rest of the SNL seasons. Especially since it is a seperate deal from the other seasons, Broadway Videos has the rights to the first five seasons, and NBC has the rights to season 6 to the present.

How should E! package SNL next year? Should they re edit the episodes Comedy Central has right now? Maybe 1994-01 seasons. But the 1980-94 seasons are edited perfectly in my opinion.

Here's how I want E! to air SNL:

3:00pm- 1975-1980
4:00pm- 1980-1985
5:00pm- 1985-1995
6:00pm- 1995-2003

Nice job deviding eras. That is how I would devide the SNL era's. Only problem with that, is that is 30 minutes. E! has SNL in 60 minutes episodes. If anything, it should be 90 minutes but that is not going to happen. It is going to be 60 minutes.

Clearly 1975-80 is the first era, 1980-85 is the second era, after 1985, it is hard to decide what each era is because there was never a complete cast change like in 1980 and 1985, though in 1995 was clearly a change in SNL era. How about this. All times are eastern.

Monday - Friday

2 pm - 1975-80
3 pm - 1980-85
4 pm - 1985-95
5 pm - 1995-03

1 am - repeat 1975-80 episode from 2 pm show

Satudray
10 pm - episode from the last SNL season
