my life was completely changed after i saw my first episode of F.O.L. i was hooked. those girls were such good role models. and the show was so emotionally charged and intense. it always made me smile, laugh, and sometimes even brought a tear to my eye. this show should still air.

it does air on nickelodeon. at 10-11 on weeknights.
