OK, well, there's the one in the episode "April Fools" about how the shaving cream is on part of Vint's face and then in the scene when they are outside, it is gone. But, it shows up again. That's all I can think of right now.

I have seen that episode several times and never noticed that! I'll have to look for that next time!

Nope, I don't think it is made-up. I have watched this episode a couple of times after it was mentioned and I saw it!
