Special 75-Minute First-Season Finale

"Body Count" – Horatio must track down a dangerous prison escapee after witnessing an elaborate prison break, on the special 75-minute, first-season finale of CSI: MIAMI, at a special time, Monday, May 19 (9:45-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Joe Chappelle directed the episode written by Ildy Modrovich and Laurence Walsh from a story by Steven Maeda.

When Horatio is called to the Miami West Detention Center to investigate a murdered inmate, he ends up witnessing three inmates escape via helicopter from the prison yard. After the helicopter is found, the evidence shows that one of the men on the loose is Stewart Otis, a child molester and murderer Horatio put away six months earlier. Now, the CSIs must try to find Otis, who has a deadly agenda, before he finds his next victim. Also, one the other escapees is looking to kill those people who put him away and one of them is Calleigh.
