ABC is airing a second installment of Favorite Stars Then & Now. The last one aired last May.

Entertainment Television Special" Thursday, May 8 8-9pm E/P Wondering what ever happened to former kid stars Brian Bonsall (Family Ties), Alison Arngrim (Little House on the Prairie) and Jeremy Miller (Growing Pains)? Want to catch a glimpse of the casts of theatricals Revenge of the Nerds and Stand By Me? ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION SPECIAL” PREMIERES THURSDAY, MAY 8, ON THE ABC TELEVISION NETWORK Get re-acquainted with favorite stars from the past in an all-new special that catches up with child stars, reality show personalities, sexy sirens, fabulous television daughters, cast ensembles -- and highlights some of their more interesting current pastimes and occupations. Who better to tell these stories then E! -- the home of all celebrity knowledge and gossip? “Favorite Stars: Then & Now 2 -- an E! Entertainment Television Special” premieres, THURSDAY, MAY 8 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Among the special’s featured stars are: Jeremy Miller of “Growing Pains” fame, sharing his experience of going to culinary school and his hopes of opening a restaurant; the original “Bachelor” Alex Michel remembers life on the show and allows us to tag along on some of his appearances; members of the ensemble cast of “Revenge of the Nerds,” Robert Carradine, Larry B. Scott and Ted McGinley, discuss how this hit comedy impacted their lives and we learn what they are currently involved with; Melissa Anderson from “Little House on the Prairie” talks about leaving the business, moving to Canada and raising a family; Allyce Beasley, better known as Ms. Dipesto from “Moonlighting,” shares her triumph over breast cancer; and sexy siren Kelly Le Brock, most famous for her role in “Weird Science” and for being married to Steven Seagal, speaks for the first time about making her acting comeback. Other stars featured include Brian Bonsall (“Family Ties”), Jonathan Taylor Thomas (“Home Improvement”), Michael Fishman (“Roseanne”), Susan Hawk & Kelly Wigglesworth (“Survivor”), Kathyrn Price (“The Mole”), Puck (“The Real World”), Elisabeth Filarski (“Survivor Australia”), Will Wheaton (“Stand by Me”), Corey Feldman (“Stand by Me”), Jerry O’Connell (“Stand by Me”), Debbie Dunning (“Home Improvement”), Charlene Tilton (“Dallas”), Emma Samms (“Dynasty”), Jill Whelan (“Love Boat”) and many more. John Rieber is executive producer for Steamroller Entertainment, which is producing “Favorite Stars: Then & Now 2 -- an E! Entertainment Television Special.” Betsy Rott is the executive producer from E! Entertainment Television, and the show producers include Colin McLean, Jennifer Sneider, Ming Lee, Kevin Tomms, Nikki Kemezis and Derek Wan. The head writer is James Medlin and the talent executive is Gigi Miller. The special is a presentation of E! Entertainment Television. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate. |
