Default And Speaking Of Musicals.....

Yesterday we discussed Steven Weber's stint in the Broadway musical "The Producers".
After watching last night "Wings" episode, it struck me that Crystal Bernard (who now has a singing career) would be PERFECT in the lead of a revival of "Annie Get Your Gun"!

She can sing, she has that western drawl and sort of a tomboyish quality about her...but yet can look beautiful when "cleaned up" in pretty clothes...all qualities that would make her a great "Annie Oakely" in that musical.

For that matter, if he could sing (which I don't know if he can), Tim Daly wouldn't make a bad "Frank Butler" (the male lead) in a production of "Annie Get Your Gun" either!

Hmmm...Crystal Bernard and Tim Daly starring together in a production of "Annie Get Your Gun"...Now THAT would be fun to see!

If I'm not mistaken, I think she HAS been in AGYG on Broadway recently.

Roy's a pretty good singer, as long as he doesn't have to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner"! Joe seemed OK. I love the "Tom the Turtle" song he sang in one episode. Antonio's singing gives me a headache.

Maybe they could do a Wings musical!

Lowell also sang "Moon River" at the begining of a season six episode "Gone but not Faygotten" to be exact. When Joe told him to stop, Lowell replied "Sorry Joe. It's just the lyrics, they're so haunting."
