Default Steven Weber - The DA

Steven Weber Plays 'The DA' in ABC Pilot
Fri, Feb 7, 2003 03:24 PM PDT

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Former "Once and Again" star Steven Weber is moving back into television, signing on as the star of a pilot for ABC.

Weber will play the title role in "The DA," a drama written by James Duff ("Enterprise") and produced by Warner Bros. TV, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show revolves around a veteran, career-minded prosecutor who teams up with a young investigator to solve the murder of a colleague.

In addition to "Once and Again," Weber has starred in "Wings" and "The Weber Show." He recently completed a stint in the Broadway hit "The Producers."

Shouldn't that be "former WINGS star"?

Anyway, that sounds pretty good. Which means ABC will cancel it.

Yeah, but he was on Wings longer. I couldn't understand the appeal of Once & Again. I watched a couple of times and it bored me. Of course, I'm really not much of a drama person.

he was on "once and again"? was that that hour-long drama/soap opera-ish show that was cancelled last year or so?
My Mom used to watch that show... I saw a fewepisodes of it, but I don't remember him being on it...
