Was Rosie O'Donnell in an episode of Wings?The ep,where Helen and I guess some of the others were having a high school reunion and Rosie was the overweight,mean one,that insulted Helen and made her feel badly?Was that Rosie?

No, that wasn't Rosie O'Donnell. The actress who played her plays Molly on Ed. Lesley Boone, I think her name is.
