I'd do the DVD's like that, and I'd also add bloopers and edited out scenes to them.

An ultra-detailed sculpted statuette of each WNYX character, a la Star Wars: Unleashed. They would make several editions of each character, like Beth wearing The Blue Dress from Season 1, and Beth in Alien Autopsy Nurse outfit from Season 5 (YES!), and Beth in the silver dress w/ lighbulbs from 'Christmas'.

The figures would be so sweet!

Mugs.. Newsradio mugs. How could you guys forget the mugs? :P
I registered for the sole purpose of saying that.
Hmm, also maybe a playable version of Stargate Defender. So we can see if we can beat Dave's top score

Even better, they could make a NewsRadio CD-ROM game set like Matthew's computer Solitaire, Dave's Stargate Defender, and Beth's newspaper Jumble.

If only Phil Hartman were alive, he could lend his voice to a CD of "The Real Deal with Bill McNeal". It would have fake interviews with celebritites like the Seinfeld interview. I guess it could be done with Max, but it wouldn't be as good.

Actually, you can buy the orange jumpsuit at Reel Clothes and Props, at www.reelclothes.com. It's $125. I've always wanted to get one, but then I ask myself: where would I wear it? People would think I had escaped from prison if they saw me walking around in that thing!
