Arli$$ (This show gets the worst slack.It's really not THAT bad a show.It's not the best but it's better than watching infomercials at Midnight)

This if from 2003. Things have changed as "Spin City" is now one of my favorite sitcoms. I do remember hating it though. I also used to hate "Becker" but I like it now.
