Well, I was kinda confused about which ones The T had answered, so I'm just answering the ones I know and if I'm too late for some, that's okay.

#1) Shirley's sweater?

#2) Pretend to be stalled and get in the Malachi Crunch position and have them hit eachother instead when he pulled out.

#3) How to win women "The Fonz is now going to recite on H.W.W."

#4) Jill Higgins, Bubba, Brother and sister.

#6) Mickey Mouse ears

#7) Take Sophia, Fonzie's girl, to the party.

#8) For associating with the Indians?

#9) Stockings for their faces, a drill for the window, and fig newtons "They don't make any noise when you eat 'em."
