I get this Parade like paper in my town paper and it had this short little question/answer thing about Courtney. It has a really good pic of her, so I'm scanning it.

Thanks Jenny. I really like Courtney Thorn-Smith. I'm happy she landed on a successful sitcom when Ally ended. As cool as Ally McBeal was, she was part of a large ensemble cast and was often left out of storylines.
According to Jim gives her more of an opportunity to showcase her talents. She's doing great. |

Your welcome. ![]() Yeah, she was great on Ally. As you pointed out, she was left out of some of the storylines. She did make the best decision by leaving the show. |

In response to the pic Jenny attached, Courtney is ID'd as a Mill Valley, Calif. native. To be more precise and explanatory, she's from San Franscisco area as I have ehard, born in November 8, 1967-68 (I go with 1967 due to the majority using that as the date)-obviouly Mill Valley must be somewhere in the San Fransisco Bay Area. If you've ever read the TOTAL ALLEY McBEAL (Kathy Mitchell,1998),the mini-bio mentions her unqiue breakfast habits, thnaks to her mom..
![]() Kind of a full circle,huh?Twentieth-Century FOx discovered her, and later ten years later she winds up in their hit ALLEY McBEAL show, after being in MELROSE PLACE by Spelling. She was also in some other shows, starting as a regular in Univrsal MCA'sTV version of FAST TIMES as Stacy..ahhh,there's a picture of her as such in the afore mentioned book. She was never cuter until later.. Is the below dreamy and leggyg or what guys? ![]() |
