What is it and why?

Not always good at remembering titles, but I love One More Time and Deadly Manoeuvres. Also Fire!, Nice Place To Visit and Children Of Jamestown. Basically I love them all, but those are some of the best. I like episodes with good Face and Murdock scenes, ones where Face got to show some attitude, instead of feigning cowardice all the time, and ones that weren't too formulaic!

Lots of humor, good plot, much action, good villians. George Peppard was great in his "Irish" role!

I dont know the name of the episode but it is the one where Murdoch is working at the Italian place and the mob is putting a hit on someone. That was the best one I remember.

Was that that two part episode where they had to go to Italy?

No, it was just 1 part. It was in an American city when the gang was in between jobs and Muroch had a normal job as a waiter. One of them got shot early on, I think it was face. Murdoch ended up giving a signal to BA thru pizza topings.

Oh, yes. Now I remember. That was a pretty good episode. I saw it for the first time a few weeks ago.

LOL - yes, it was a little out of the ordinary make crazy weapons out of junk episode.
