Does any remember a song that Alex and his girlfriend (either Tracy or Courtney, I can’t remember) were dancing too, maybe at homecoming dance. I thought it was I Don’t Love You Anymore by Freddie & the Dreamers but I downloaded that song and that’s not it. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thanks. |

Hmm well since there were a few episodes of Alex at different dances i'm not positive, but your probably talking about the episode where he first met Ellen. The song is called at this moment, and was performed by a group called Billy Vera and the Beaters.

I just found out something interesting about this song that I thought i'd share with you guys. In the January 11-17 edition of TV Guide Billy Vera and the Beaters At this moment was ranked in the 100 Music Moments that Rocked Tv List. It was ranked as the 61st greatest moment of all time. Here is what the article says:
Tv Guide: Billy Vera and the Beater's "At This Moment" tops the charts after Michael J Fox plays the love song on the October 3, 1985 episode of Family Ties. They will be playing the top 100 choices on VHI starting this week, or next week so be sure to check it out and see this FT moment. |
