Am I the only one who thought this show was amazing right up until JTT left the show? I think it wasn't funny without him, the kids' dynamic wasn't there, and the show was missing something. JTT was clearly one of the best actors onthe show, and I think he really brought a lot to it. This is one of the funniest shows ever. My family used to watch it every week and laugh our asses off, right until Randy left. We stopped watching it because we didn't think it was funny anymore. Am I alone here?

JTT was the funniest person on the show. EVERYTHING he said was funny, and yes, the show did lose something when he left.

I agree it was funnier with him, but once the kids got older, it was getting a little un-funnier anyway. This is (one of the many) reason(s) why "The Simpsons" has stayed so long, and shows using real kids don't last as long (except for a few exceptions). Bart and Lisa never grow up. It's not always the kids though, all the characters.

I think the show definitely lost something when JTT left! I mean, Brad and Mark were funny too, but they weren't the same without Randy. But, I also agree with ClesStahn that the show was beginning to go downhill before he left anyway....

Yeah, I agree with pretty much everything said here. The show was losing its edge anyway, but JTT leaving hurt the show even more.

I agree with you guys. I know that, personally, I pretty much don't watch the reruns w/out JTT.

This show was not funny even with that little kid. Those kids were spoiled brats and i had the urge to smack them, I wish the drug addict (major coke head back in the day) dad would have taught them some manners. Anyway the show was always the same with Tim blowing something up. Gimme a break.

well i for one think u need to be taught some manners. why would u be on this board if u hate the show
i agree that it wasn't as funny without him. i wish he had never left and if jtt was dead there would have been something on the news. so i'm pretty sure he's alive

I liked it after he left also. I mean, he had some funny jokes. But nothing out-standing.
