dont mention excercise....my dance instructor likes to force it on me. i hate it.

normally, i dance four times a week, do pilates on my own almost every night (when i dont forget) and jog with a few friends after school twice a week. o, and evil gym class so i attempt to lift weights twice a week so i dont fail PE...

today i ran and i think i overdid it cause my legs are a little sore and im sooo tired.

Well I'm in aerobics but I don't excerise on the weekends and during breaks but once that class ends I think my excerising will cease to exist.

I try to but these last two weeks with finals and getting the house ready for Christmas I didn't find time but I started up today I just hope I can keep on track. I usually walk on the treed mill for about 5 min then do a hundred setups and then I left about 5 pound weights about a hundred times each arm then I bounce on the trampoline for about 5-10 mins then I do about hundred reps with this exercise abs wheel.
