Anyone else think so. He had Three's Company then he had a big guest role on Wings then he did some comedy don't remember the name it in the mid 90's. Now he has a new show doing well.

Larry Hagman(I Dream of Jeanie, Dallas) and Ron Howard(Andy Griffith Show, Happy Days) also had big TV successes.

Yeah, he's had a lot of success. On TV he had "Three's Company" for eight seasons, "Hooperman" for two, "Heart's Afire" for three, and "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" for one so far, totalling to 14 seasons so far. And he had a recurring role on "The Waltons" for three seasons. I hope he has a lot of success with 8 Simple Rules.

I think the most successful actress is/was Lucille Ball. Lucille Ball made five shows within her lifetime and captured the hearts of millions. Through her work, she has inspired people as well as give them the joy of laughing. Out of her five shows, four of them were successful in which three of them made over 100 episodes and lasted six seasons each. Ratings wise, she dominated the 1950's with I Love Lucy and remained in the Top 10 throughout the 1960's with The Lucy Show and Here's Lucy until 1971. From 1971 to 1974, she was a Top 30 favorite. She was on television for 23 years from 1951 to 1974 and holds the record of being one of the longest entainers on TV ever. |
