In the episode where Betty Jo has the baby, someone plays her mom and we never see her face. Who was it since we know that Bea was ill?

They just slapped a wig on someone who had the same build as Bea Benederet (I doubt it was an established actress). The voice you heard was actually that of Bea, who was well enough to record lines even though she was not well enough to appear on camera.
