"The Charming Stranger". Just as a small side-note...this episode was the lowest rated in the whole series, ranking in at #56 for the week.

Well about a year or two ago-a guy who was watching a episode of three's company on N@N and noticed when jack sat on the bed with a pair of boxers-somethin fell out of them-so the gu contacted MSNBC and told them about and then N@N edited that particular out of that episode so that it wouldn't be shown again. I may avesome of the story wrong but i know i'm close

In my own opinion, The Charming Stranger was not a bad episode at all. In fact, it's probably in the top 5 of the last season for me. Basically, I think that the man was probably one of those guys who looks for bloopers in sitcoms and films, and just found this. I heard that this episode did so badly in the ratings, because of the fact that it was one of the first episodes of TC to not get ANY advertising.

John had a funny response on a radio show about it. Something to the tone of "Yeah, I hear they removed my testicles from one of the episodes. For some reason I couldn't laugh at the sound of that" or "I wasn't too thrilled that they removed some of my manhood". Something to that effect.

You know, when the Charming Stranger aired on TNN this past summer, I taped it, and that part was not cut like everyone says! I mean, if they edited it a year ago, then how come I have it on tape from TNN back in June or July?

N@N edited that part out-not TNN because TNN wasn't showing Three's company at the time the guy called MSNBC about that particular parti that episode. So maybe TNN doesn't know about it-let me call them right now.

Actually it was this old lady who saw the episode! Anyway, John Ritter said to reporters that he wished that N@N would air both versions of the episode, the cut and uncut episodes, because sometimes people were just in the mood, or something...lol

TNN knows about it, but they continue to air it. Nick-at-Nite has never shown the episode since the lady called in, which is unfortuante because it's a pretty good episode for season 8.
