The characters were rough around the edges and they didn't use beautiful Marilyn (Pat Priest) enough! I liked the movie Debbie Watson was a doll in it. More innocent was she as Marilyn.

I preferred Pat Priest as Marilyn. But Debbie Watson is real cute. She had two shows in the
60s . One was called Karen and the other was Tammy. She was the prototype of the middle American teenage girl in the 60s. But never went past that like Sally Field or even Karen Valentine. Pat Preist and her look-alike Beverly Owen were so ingrained in my head I couldnt get used to Debbie Watson as Marilyn. Kind of like Lee Meriweather as Catwoman in the Batman movie--I needed the original. |
