the 2-part one where they all went to Hollywood. Fonzie was supossed to be the only one, but of course the writers HAD to come up with an excuse for the ENTIRE cast to go with him! The all-time WORST part of it, had to be when Fonzie had to jump over that shark on water skis, or whatever it was. And, OF COURSE he just had to wear his leather jacket the entire time!!!
That was as bad as when "Laverne & Shirley" moved to California, & half the town moved with them!

But then, just about all those "Happy Days" episodes after the 2nd season, I hated. (when they filmed in front of a live audience, made it "The Fonzie show", & the Cunninghams living room sudennly, and without warning, changed overnight!!!!!

How about that abomination where Chachi is writing a history paper, and imagines the cast in vignettes about historical times in America? And there's a ton of terrible singing. I get embarrassed just thinking about watching that episode.

Thumbs down

From the early years, I would pick the Valentine's Day musical episode as one of the worst. Even when I was kid I hated it.

And just about any episode from the post-Ron Howard years qualifies, in my opinion, with the exception being the episode where Richie and Ralph return home from the army.

i think the Valentines one was the worst for me too - it made me cry when i was little.

Honorable mentions go to:
  • any of the Loooong drawn out melodramas with joanie and chachi breaking up and getting back together and breaking up again -YUCK!!!
  • the "Hello, Flip" episode - man what a FLOP!!!
  • the "Southern Crossing" - man what a cross to bear
  • "A Touch of Classical" - that chick sucked on Mr Belvedere too - they deserved each other, and the premise of this ep - what a classic, classic bad that is!
  • some of the more annoying eps with Ashley Pfister - too salty
  • all those flashback retrospective episodes - theyre ok to watch now, but as a kid who's been waiting all week to see his favorite show, they were a RIP-OFFF!!!
2 cents

lol I know this was posted a loong time ago, but I just wanted to add a little soemthing bout the dancing part: that was probably Henry's idea, since Ive read many times that dancing is one of his favorite activities... I thought he was really pretty good at that russian dance thing, so I guess since Henry wasnt a marvelus singer, maybe he wanted to add some dance scenes to show how good he was
Just an opinion

BTW, one of my least fav eps is "mork from ork" I thought it was kind of annoying

Wasn't that where the expression "Valentine's Day Massacre" came from??
