I found this kind of surprising, but in a recent issue of Teen People they had a Fall TV preview and they had a little article on 8 simples rules. Well, in real life Kaley Cuoco is 16 and the girl who play Kerry (I'm drawing a blank of what her name is! Amy something..) is 22!!! Neither of them look their ages. Either the younger one is really tall or the older one is short or both! It's just like on 7th Heaven where Jessica Biel is younger than Beverly Mitchell in real life, but only by one year, not 7 years!

Still, at least they have one teenager actually playing a teenager.
Judging by the way she looked (and dressed) on the commercials and in the pilot, I could have sworn Miss Cuoco was much older.

Boy, do I feel like a dirty old man...

i know i knew about it too. i found out at imdb.com when i was looking at the actors in the show. i thought wow.
