Unfortunately Teddy Wilson (Earl Chambers) died of Aids in '91. He was married to actress Joan Pringle who played opposite Glynn Turman in JD's Revenge.

I was on my way home from work last month waiting for the bus and I saw Clifton Davis at the red light-LOL Plus I didn't know that he grew up in Philly in the mid 60's.

Oh really? Cool! Ive always enjoyed Clifton as an actor, especially in Amen. I think he's a preacher or something now.

She passed away in 1998.

After That's My Mama, she was in several movies including The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, The Serpent and The Rainbow, Billy Madison, All That Jazz, The Wiz, etc.

I'd like to know where the original "mailman/Earl", Ed Bernard is. I liked him better in the role.

I think Ed Bernard is still alive so as Lynne Moody, Ted Lange, Joan Pringle, Lisle Wilson, and I think DeForest Convan is still alive according to the IMDB.

Lynne Moody was on the short-lived sitcom called E/R from 1984-85 and is currently on General Hospital.
