Could someone provide some ideas for an Andy theme party that we are having at the end of August?

Any help w/b appreciated!

The only thing that I can think of is to serve "kerosene cucumbers" in honor of Aunt Bee's homemade pickles.

I got a suggestion too- sphagetti. It could be a little tribute to the Dinner @ 8 episode. lol

Be sure to use "oregano", lol.

Find someone who can play guitar and sing, dress him up in a sheriff's uniform and have him play and sing songs from the show.

Have somebody dress up like Barn, either in uniform or those suits and hats he wears.

Find a duck pond and go wading.

Have two of the women dress and talk like The Fun Girls.

Get an old hat and cut it up so it looks like Goober's, then play a game where the winner or loser has to wear it the rest of the day.

Give some of the kids red hair and freckles like Opie.

Have a barber chair and Floyd giving haircuts.

Have the Darlings or Ernest T. Bass show up.

Fix up the place like Howard Sprague did when his mother moved to Mt. Pilot.
