Default Ever Wonder?

Another e-mail thing...
--------------------------------------------------------------

EVER WONDER

Why the sun lightens our hair, but darkens our skin?
Why women can't put on mascara with their mouth closed?
Why don't you ever see the headline "Psychic Wins Lottery"?
Why is "abbreviated" such a long word?
Why is it that doctors call what they do "practice"?
Why is it that to stop Windows 98, you have to click on "Start"?
Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor, and dishwashing liquid made with real lemons?
Why is the man who invests all your money called a broker?
Why is the time of day with the slowest traffic called rush hour?
Why isn't there mouse-flavored cat food?
When dog food is new and improved tasting, who tests it?
Why didn't Noah swat those two mosquitoes?
Why do they sterilize the needle for lethal injections?
You know that indestructible black box that is used on airplanes?
Why don't they make the whole plane out of that stuff?!
Why don't sheep shrink when it rains?
Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?
If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress?
If flying is so safe, why do they call the airport the terminal?

Why are things typed up but written down?
Why does caregiver and caretaker mean the same thing?
What does OK actually mean?
Why do we feel blue? and what color does a smurf feel when they are down
Why is the abbreviation for pound lb. when l or b isn't in the word pound?
Why do British people never sound British when they sing?
If it's zero degrees outside today and it's supposed to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold is it going to be?
and finally...If you mated a bull dog and a ****su, would it be called a bull****

You must know original & revival casts, soundtracks, performance runs, dates, theatres, numbers, how many Tony Awards A Chorus Line won.
You must be Broadway.

Why are they called stairs inside but steps outside?
If Dracula has no reflection, how comes he always had such a straight parting in his hair?
What ever happened to an E grade? We have A,B,C,D,F but no E.
Why does mineral water that has "trickled through mountains for centuries" go out of date next year?
Why is it that rain drops but snow falls?
Why is it that cargo is transported by ship while a shipment is transported by car?
Why are boxing rings square?

When a door is opened, it's called "ajar", so when a jar is opened, why isn't it called "a door"?
