That depends on a few things...
What kind of apartment? Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom... Also, the rent rates depend on where you live. New York City has high rent rates compared to say, the city where I grew up in suburban NJ. A one bedroom place in parts of NJ could go for say 600 a month, but in NYC....don't ask!!!

I've got a good deal on rent. I only pay $300 a month for my one bedroom apartment.

You can bet the ranch and all the cows on it that rent in South Carolina won't be as much as it is in New York! Check your paper. There should be lots of listings to give you a good idea of what to expect. I thought you already moved out....?

Don't worry. I'm sure whatever you pay will not be nearly as much as i pay for rent in NYC. Which reminds me, I'm a little short this month, can I borrow a few bucks? |

Midtown, on the west side, or as it is more famously known, Hell's Kitchen. Just a stone's throw away from the Theater District and Times Square. And don't throw any stones around here, or they'll get thrown back at ya! ![]() |

amanda....i had to find a low-rent apartment for this class project. just type in "apartements in south carolina" in any search engine (like yahoo, google, etc.) and all these sites come up and you can go to them. they have lists on apartments and everything. good luck.
