As you know there were 6 different theme songs in its entirety. The first one featured on TV's greatest hits. Personally I like the 1979 and 1981 themes better. How about you guys?

That's the same ones I like...but, I also like the later ones with Jolene in the beginning. From 1979-1985 are the years I like. I never liked the beginning ones.

Actually we do like the same ones. When I said 1979 I was refering to the same theme you are. I like 1980 version too. The episodes with Jolene and the upbeat theme was my favorite.

I liked the versions while Polly Holiday was still on the show.
