Question Do you like salty food?

Do you like salty food?

I do, however, I'm finding that I can't handle salt as well as I used to. I had a PayDay candy bar the other day and it was so salty. I couldn't believe I didn't enjoy it. I like Ritz and Saltines, but will have to start limiting how many.

I do in moderation. However, I can't stand when some foods are pumped so full of salt you taste it more than the food. It can become disgusting and unnatural if taken to extremes.

I'm a saltaholic but as long as it's not overly salty I enjoy things like chips, etc.

Yes I'll take salt over sugar any time. I can see a tray of fresh brownies and only have a taste to be satisfied. But with a bag of Dortos, I need an iron will to not scarf down a 6 oz bag. (When I'm really Jonesing for some I have to weigh and measure.). Thankfully my blood pressure is fine, so I don't have to overly restrict.
