Default What's your favorite Miller-Boyett sitcom?

I included the ones that lasted more than one season.

Niles: God is forgiving, Miss Fine. When I was a boy, I once took five shillings out of the collection plate at church for toffee.
Fran: And nothing happened to you, right?
Niles: That's right, absolutely nothing. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go wash other peoples' underwear.

Full House, with Family Matters at a close second.

I'm not really a fan of Miller-Boyett. They had a disturbing tendency to write family members out of the show. On Step By Step, it was the youngest son; on Family Matters, it was the youngest daughter. On The Hogan Family, it was the mom.

Perfect Strangers. It also is the only one of those shows that wasn't a domestic sitcom.

I voted for Perfect Strangers too! And a lot of the reason was the same as yours. An original idea for a series , not just another sitcom about a family which has been done so many times!!

Besides that it was the funniest show of the bunch IMO!

Family Matters is my favorite.

I like them all except for "Fuller House".

I've never seen "The Hogan Family".

I liked Full House, The Hogan Family, and Perfect Strangers, I hated Family Matters and Step By Step. A couple of short-lived Miller Boyett Shows I liked were Getting By (with Cindy Williams and Telma Hopkins) and The Family Man (with Gregory Harrison and Al Molinaro). I really wish The Hogan Family was on DVD.

I liked Step By Step, but I wish the producers hadn't kept writing out cast members. Patrika Darbo, Peggy Rea, and Josh Byrne deserved better.

It's most likely because they got too old.

Not Patrika or Peggy, who were already fully adult when they were cast.
