A lot of the posters came from video stores I frequented back in the late 80's/early 90's. They would set them aside for me when they were putting out new promotional stuff. Also bought a bunch when various vid stores had closed over the years.

Default What made you laugh today?

From Night Court

Dan's monologue in Harry's darkened office as the "Phantom of the Courthouse".

(chuckles) Ah yes, poor Dan. Most of his friends think he's guilty. (Evil Laugh, suddenly stops) What am I laughing at? I'm Dan. No, I'm not. (starts wandering around the room waving his hands) Now, I am the Phantom of the Courthouse. And no, Inspector Pepitone, you will not bring Dan Fielding to justice because there is no (billow cape) jus-tice in this buil-ding (Evil Laugh). Not yet anyway. But soon I will remedy that, (raises cape with both hands) I will vanquish the guilty! I will punish the wick-ed! (rushes to the desk) I will take this stapler because I need one. And, I will raid the refrigerator, (laugh) because the Phantom's lair is short on half and half! Now I must prepare, because my time is near. The time of... the Phantom! (Evil Laugh, runs into the couch) Ouch! (sad voice) The Phantom banged his shin. (waves hands) I'll have to take that out... on someone. (Sting, Dan climbs out the window)

That's so cool of them to have set aside the posters for you like that.

I saw a Bob Seger concert last night, which was the very last show of our local sporting/concert arena. It's now closing down. Afterward I went to my friend's apartment and hung with him for a while. Our friendship has gone through lots of ups and downs but it finally seems to be turning around for the better.

Just got done Facetiming with my daughter, she showed me how she's been decorating her dorm room and introduced me to her room mate.

My sister went to Red Bank, NJ yesterday to visit someone and they happened to be a few blocks away from Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash. She surprised me w/ a few things she bought me from there.

The last time I was there was in 2004.

Nice! Looks like a cool place from seeing it on Comic Book Men.

The wife and I just finished talking to our daughter on Skype. It's only been a week since she went back to college, so we figured she would want to wait a few weeks before Skyping with us, but she was the one sitting and waiting for us to show up, and ended up calling us to ask why we weren't on.
