Over the weekend there was a big show at Citi Field with The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Journey, The Doobie Brothers & Earth Wind and Fire. Great show and went off without a hitch. $6 for a bottle of water is a bargain, right?

Wow! What a great line-up! I like all of those bands. Especially The Doobies. It would have been perfect if Paul McCartney had been there.

And yes, $6.00 is a lot of money for a drink of water but unfortunately , like the movie theaters, the over-priced concessions is where their profits come from.

Uncle Pauly's coming in September. Have my tickets of course.

At those ticket prices, they made plenty of profits before the concessions including those $10 tee shirts for $40. I remember the first concert I went to and the tee shirts were $7 and I wouldn't buy one because $7 for a tee shirt was outrageous.

Vince Gill and Glenn Frey's son Deacon took turns singing his songs on Saturday night.

Last night at the end of the show Stevie Nicks commented that they were watching from backstage and thought Deacon did a tremendous job under such pressure.

So only Don, Joe, and Timothy from the original group (not the original members) were only from the original group then last night?
