Still go to my bookstore (Barnes & Noble), but not as often like I used to.

I don't check out books like I used to. Most you can get cheap at Amazon and B&N anyway. I do remember checking out VHSs at the library though! Fun times.

Sure do. I'm always reading something. I'm one of those always have a book or 3 around me even at work.

My aunt also is a fan of libraries and she mainly checks out music cds from the two libraries she frequently visits and she checks out the cd has her neighbor burn my aunt a copy of the cd and then she returns the cds to the library. In addition to checking out books from the library another thing my aunt does is go to her library's bookstore where she finds good deals on books and she has bought many books for my mother from her visits to the library bookstore. Does any of your libraries have a library bookstore?

I work in a library with about 60,000 books. Also there are newspapers, magazines, book cds, music cds, dvds and computers. It does a good business. Many people come to use the computers for many patrons don't own one. Others come to read the newspapers for many patrons no longer subscribe , the library subscribes to about 6 newspapers. We have mostly the over age 50 set that come to the library.

No.

I have cards for a few Cleveland-area libraries, but I haven't used them since November of 2007.

We don't have a library bookstore but 5 or 6 times a year they will advertise a book sale. I think it's mostly books that people donate to the library.

Yes, in fact I just put Janet Evanovich's Hardcore Twenty-Four on hold. It won't come out until Nov., but you need to be early if you don't want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for anything from her.

Yes, I even try to go to my closest library at least once a week (and I do, unless I'm sick).
