DYK The Fugates, a family that lived in the hills of Kentucky, commonly known as the "Blue Fugates" or the Blue People of Kentucky, are notable for having been carriers of a genetic trait that led to the disease methemoglobinemia, which gives sufferers blue-tinged skin, from the
recessive gene disease and from in-breeding.

DYK that P.C. Sorcar, Jr., an Indian internationally-known magician and
illusionist, made the Taj Mahal vanish in broad daylight for two minutes in front of a distinguished gathering of the country’s elite — prominent dignitaries, veteran politicians, scholars, literary figures and a host of foreign tourists, on November 6 2000!
