My mom bought one and it was buy one get one free. She gave me one. It's okay, nothing great. My other pillow is just as good.

There's an old joke:

Salesman: I'll sell you an elephant for $100.

Customer: What am I going to do with an elephant?

Salesman: Two for $150.

Customer: Sold!

You didn't get one free. They're so crappy and cheap that they double the price and pretend to give you one free and people fall for it.

Joseph A. Bank used to bombard the airwaves four or five times a year with one week sales of "Buy one suit, get one free" or "get two free" and I think to myself what moron would go there the other 48 weeks of the year and buy a suit that obviously costs twice as much as it's worth?

My mom is 83 years old and doesn't sleep good. Some people like her will try anything to help them sleep better. She likes the pillow. I don't consider my mom a sucker either she is just trying something different.

I did a search on Google, and apparently this "National Sleep Foundation" is a real organization; It's a nonprofit that promotes public understanding of sleep and sleep disorders. Some of you may be wondering that this was what Mike Lindell was referring to.
