This was already done as a test back in US 1973.

Here is a 12 page report of the findings (I hope you will take the time to read it,)

Totally. I don't care what the alarm click says.; 7:30 am STILL feels like 6:30 and I could care less about the"extra" hour of sunlight. It takes me about a week to ten days for my body to adjust.

Except for the Sunday after the change (fortunately I don't work weekends), it's never really bothered me, and the Sunday after is just forgetting the hour difference when I wake up. We usually change the clocks before we go to bed. it's always dark when I go to work, and always light when I come home so I don't notice.

The other time setting the clock back is a loooooooong sad draggy Monday at work!

When the time changes in spring, I notice the longer daylight in the evening. And when the time changes in autumn, I notice the shorter daylight in the afternoon. But aside from that, the time change has no effect on me.

I just really hate having to change all the clocks. So much extra work for such little gain.
