Except for the Sunday after the change (fortunately I don't work weekends), it's never really bothered me, and the Sunday after is just forgetting the hour difference when I wake up. We usually change the clocks before we go to bed. it's always dark when I go to work, and always light when I come home so I don't notice.

When the time changes in spring, I notice the longer daylight in the evening. And when the time changes in autumn, I notice the shorter daylight in the afternoon. But aside from that, the time change has no effect on me.
