Lol I don't like this but it's something I know I will get used to again.

Just once I'd like for the U.S. to try one year as a test un to have DST all year round, it would sure be weird during Winter time having it get darker than usual.

Daylight Savings Time day is a sign that spring is near, with warmer days and more sunlight in the evening. All good things. Clocks move ahead one hour, spring forward! On the down side, it also means it's thunderstorm and tornado season. I hate it but can't do anything about it, just have to hope the worst of the bad weather stays away.

This was already done in the year of 1973, when we had year round daylight saving time.

Here is a 12 page study from that time:

Quote:
In 1973, Congress enacted the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act. This Act changed the nation from the traditional six-month May to October daylight saving time period to year-round observance of daylight saving time for a two-year trial period.

It'll take three days to recover and get used to the time change.

This Thursday is St. Patrick's Day, so...it won't matter!

I know you all are going to be tired for a while in the morning. But a good point of DST is it will seem like you are getting out of work or school an hour earlier! I remember when I worked, and when it was 5:00,it really was 4:00 and it was like YAY ,work is over already!!!!!

The time change has never effected me, it never makes me feel tired or less tired. I just change the time on the clocks and that's it. Honestly, I don't even notice there's been a change in the time. One hour more or less has no effect on me whatsoever.

Not much for me either! Just a little tired the first day! And like I posted, the Monday back to work day, seems you are getting up really early and to work earlier, but the day flies by and seems it's over really quickly!!! It's a plus!! The other time setting the clock back is a loooooooong sad draggy Monday at work!
