Yeah I post topics to piss people off and I'm a attention whore. Yeah right. Ya'll just don't wanna hear the truth from a black man because the majority of ya'll on here are white people and ya'll can't relate to black people's experiences. Most of ya'll white people live in the suburbs, got nice cars and good jobs while the majority of blacks are stuck in bad neighborhoods with crime, unemployed and homeless. So ya'll could care less about black people struggling. If I was able to get a job and keep one, I wouldn't be complaining to ya'll about the experiences I've had with previous jobs and I wouldn't be complaining about being unemployed and looking for a job. If I didn't have bad experiences with white men job bosses, I wouldn't complain about it. So don't tell me what I can't talk about and don't tell me that I'm looking for attention. Bonniegirl and MrCleveland are the only people on here I like because they don't diss me and they sympathize with what I'm going through.

I know plenty of black people and I grew up in a diverse area so I know diversity. I also know many of them managed to become successful in spite of it all. Is there racism? yes but many overcome it.

So can you relate to WHITE people's experiences? Does it not occur to you that things are tough all over for everyone? I care about PEOPLE struggling.

I don't think people are going to care about your struggles if you are just slamming white people at every turn.

That's it. I see him complaining but I don't see him changing it.

Isiah man, you are getting in your own way. Make a change.

And how come you can't keep a job?

I can't keep a job because I'm not good at comprehension and figuring things out. That's why cleaning and porter work at a apartment are the only jobs I'm good at because those are the only jobs I've kept for a long time. I used to work for a cleaning company in Virginia for 10 years and the last full time job I had doing porter work at a apartment that I got laid off from last year, I was there for almost 9 years.

Well when you get knocked down, pick yourself up and try to stay up. I know it's easier said than done.

My brother recently had to go on medical leave from his job. Long story short, he's had some health issues and now he's in the process of trying to get some emergency assistance and disability, but they hit you with all these obstacles like doctors, signing papers, social workers, etc. I know it's not easy out there, he's not asking for a handout, he needs some assistance, because he lives by himself and has to wonder about his bills. So I am not chastising you, I can imagine what you're going through, I'm just saying you need to stop whining and pointing fingers at everyone.

Sorry to hear about your brother. Your Redskins are terrible hahahahahahahahahaha. Kirk Cousins needs to be benched. Jay Gruden is gonna lose his job if he doesn't make a quarterback change soon. The Redskins are pathetic to watch sometimes. I was so mad at how they played last week against the Jets and I don't understand how they played good against Atlanta the week before that. Kirk is always gonna throw a interception like he did against Atlanta at the end LOL.

Then you need to fix those problems. Maybe get medications. Otherwise look for those jobs you can do. Start your own cleaning business. There's many opportunities instead of saying "poor me".

We will talk about sports on the sports board, stay on topic. I never claimed in they were going to be good in the first place.

If that's truly the case, then WHY do you blame everything on a white man's conspiracy?

I know I have issues as to why I can't keep a job and that's not my fault because there's some things that people are born with that they can't control. Having a comprehension problem does suck and I wish I didn't have that problem because I wanna work and I deserve to be given a chance. I applied for temporary cash assistance a few weeks ago from social services and I hope they approve me because I really need the money. I also looked at applying for SSI but I have to be 65 and disabled to get that. But I also read that you have to have low income or no income to be able to qualify for SSI. I'm gonna write a letter to SSI office in Maryland and see if they can help me because it's not looking good for me to find a job. No jobs are emailing me and I'm sick of that. If I don't get approved for temporary cash from social services, I'm gonna end up losing my car because I don't have money to pay for repairs. If I don't have a car, I'm not gonna find a job because it's very difficult trying to find a job riding the bus. I rode the bus when I was in Cleveland and I couldn't find a job.

Isiah, I'm sorry these people are so judgmental.

People who have advantages don't understand people who have disadvantages. Haters gonna hate.

Be strong, my friend.
