Penny Lane is a real place Bonnie! It is a street in Liverpool that is near Paul's childhood home.

This is a real place too;

Strawberry Fields- The Beatles (actual name Strawberry Field),
Strawberry Field was a Salvation Army children’s home. As a child, John lived nearby and used to go to the summer garden party with his Aunt Mimi. It has been said that this is the place that inspired John to become a musician.

So maybe this one doesn't count? It being not a city, town, state, street. etc.
