The Bruce Mansion near Brown City, MI is an old Second Empire mansion built in 1876. It was the home of and built by John G. Bruce .

Several sources have said this is one of the most haunted places in Michigan. Rumor has it one of the mansionís owners was said to have been taking the back roads in his automobile when he hit a pedestrian. Terrified at what he had done, he took the body back to the mansion and buried it somewhere on the estate. Some say the ghost of the victim, others simply guilt, caused the man to lose his fortune and drive him to hang himself in the old bell tower.

50 years ago today, Goldfinger had its world premiere in its native Britain. It was the third in the James Bond series, and is generally regarded as the best ever in the whole series.
