The one with all of them dancing, and it has denise with long hair. I think it was season 6.

In season seven at the end of the opening dont they show Cliff holding up a portrait of Denise? It only shows up for like less than a second though.

That's season 4 with Bobby McFeron singing/huming the theme song. Can you believe all those instruments are actually HIS voice. He's very talented.

Thumbs up

I Think dancing at the apollo theatre is the best one, it has the shiny black floor, it was the coolest, I Wish I Can remodel my room after I Win the lottery.

That's right! Bingo! That's season 4. I voted for it. The Bobby McFerrin one did the theme song before he recorded the song "Don't Worry, Be Happy" the following year.

I voted for Seasons 6 and 7 at the Apollo, I LOVE that one. I always like the one from Season 4 with the Top Hats. I hate the African dance type thing in Season 5 though.

I voted for....

1985-86(Dancing against a blue background-Pop/Jazz/R&B music)

1987-88(Formal black tie attire-1940s Jazz music)

1988-89(Tropical dance, Orhcestral music)

1989-91(Dancing at the Apollo Theatre, music by Junior Walker)

But I like them all besides the last season,
and not just because its my least favorite season either.

I'm shocked the 86-87 one is so unpopular. It's not a fave but considering it was probably their biggest season, I figured more people would like it

I chose the 1988-1989 Tropical Dance one. I read somewhere that song sequence is called "Kiss Me" for this season. Interesting!

I played a TV Themes CD at work recently, and it was this version, and I had my co-workers guess which TV show this belonged. They thought it was The Simpsons!! Now, when I hear this from now on, it does seem to sound very Simpsons-ish.

Same as that along with the seasons 6 & 7 opening that has a quote at the end of the theme in which Cliff would say "This is the best elevator music I ever heard." I saw that opening on Nick at Nite in the American version. The Italian version of the seasons 6 & 7 opening from the Italian "Cosby Show" site replaces Cliff's quote at the end with an Italian dubbed quote done by the late, Ferrucino Amendola, the Italian voice of Bill Cosby.

My favorite one is the 1986 one. I don't know why...but I just think it's really cool, and I like the song that plays with it.
