P.S. I'm still waiting on the other three that are out there of my late beautiful precious, if only I had officially discovered him before his going forward, I love him so much.

Musicians who make good music these days are few and far between, but here are a few recent albums I've come across that are worthy of recommendation.

Accept- Blood Of The Nations, Stalingrad, and Blind Rage. New lead singer Mark Tornillo must have injected some life into the band, because Accept hasn't sounded this good since their heyday in the 1980's with Udo Dirkschnieder. Clean and crisp production on these albums too, this is what metal music should sound like, no overproduction issues here. Accept's latest album is titled The Rise Of Chaos, it just recently came out and I haven't sampled it yet.

Elton John- Wonderful Crazy Night. This album isn't a masterpiece, but it shows that at age 70 Elton still has a knack for creating melodic pop music. Overall this album is a fun listen, it's sort of a throwback to Elton's glory days of the 1970's.

I've never really been a fan of Cheap Trick, I like a few of their songs and that's about it, but last year in 2016 they came out with an album titled Bang Zoom Crazy Hello, a goofy album title but some of the songs are actually pretty good. And this year in 2017, Cheap Trick released an album titled We're All Alright, I've sampled it and I think the previous album is a little better.

Also in 2017, Blondie came out with a new album titled Pollinator, I've sampled it too and some of the songs are decent, typical Blondie sound. This album basically displays that now past age 70, Deborah Harry can still rock and there's some punch left in the old gal.

Today in the mail I received Pat Benatar's "Go" CD from 2003. I had intended to order this for awhile, the CD is now out of print but I found a new/still sealed copy on Amazon for a low price, so I said that's the one for me and I bought it.

This isn't Benatar's best album by any means, but it contains some worthy songs and also has a hidden bonus track, "Christmas In America" which is actually one of the better songs on the disc. A pleasant Christmas tune with a nice message.

I've been on a bit of a buying spree lately, I've made several music purchases on ebay, a variety of different stuff, a few CD's, a few vinyl LP's, a few vinyl 45's, it will probably take a week or two until all of it arrives, I guess I'm doing my part to keep the mailcarrier busy by delivering stuff to my house.
