I read it. Its very good actually.... about a poor girl and her family and growing up... lol sounds boring but its really not.

I haven't read it. Sorry, I can't help. Anyways, the title of the book reminds me of the play Lucy Ricardo tried create called "A Tree Grows In Havanna" in the I Love Lucy episode "Lucy Writes a Play", episode #17. Maybe the book you will be reading will be like Lucy's play.

It's REALLY good, one of the best books I've read, in school, anyway, LOL. Francie and Neeley, don't you just LOVE those names? *ahem*
