Question Worry?

I'm not really sure. I don't have a whole lot TO worry about. However, I worry about small things alot more than I should. I don't struggle w/ deppression. Sometimes when I'm tired I get depressed, but nothing serious at all. I think it's just 'cause you have less control over your feelings when you're tired.

Here's my "worry-take":
I used to worry a lot. I mean, like some of you that posted, I worried about everything and anything... literally, anything that was worth worrying about (or just like, anything that even if it didn't directly affect me, it seemed to me that it did) I would worry about. But recently I've decided that as much as I worry, I could be thinking about good things, or the fact whatever I worried about was in a way beyond my control (if it was too extreme for like, a fourteen year old to handle), and now I'm pretty close to being worry-free. Sort of.
But trust me guys, it's not good to worry often. Sorry if I sound like I'm trying to make a huge point 'n stuff, I'm just in that kind of mood...

Unhappy I'm worried

I get to go to the doctor tomorrow and get stuck with needles and BOY am I worried. I hate needles.

Ok, but the real worries come Friday when I go in for surgery on my knee. I might actually be able to walk again...or they could cut a ligament or muscle and i could NEVER walk again. Talk about WORRYWART!!!!

So here I sit, worrying about needles tomorrow and surgery Friday. *sighs* Moo needs to chill.

Gracie, if I were you, I'd be worried too. Good luck with the surgery!

Unhappy

Oops, forgot to answer the question.

Yes, I worry all the time. I have major anxiety problems. I've been threatened with meds several times and have been on a few things. I hate medication! It's not really depression, but I'm scared all the time. Great fun, really.

I'm only worried if there's PAIN involved or if there's a really hard test and I'm really scared of fire because my hotel cought on fire when i was little and i was in it and we had trouble getting out and it's like stuck in my memory still and i can't get it out. lol. well other than that, I'm not worried about much.

~*Sometimes I feel there is a hole inside of me. An emptiness that, at times, seems to burn. I think if you lifted my heart to your ear, you could probably hear the ocean. And the moon tonight, there's a circle around it, a sign of trouble not far behind. I have this dream of being whole - of not going to sleep each night wanting. But still, sometimes when the wind is warm or the crickets sing, I dream of a love that even time will lie down and be still for.*~
